Agree Technology showcased its innovative ‘Financial Business Lightweight Terminal’ product in the ‘Unified Connectivity - Financial Technology’ HarmonyOS industry exhibition area, based on OpenHarmony for bank branch services.

Agree Technology Booth is Bustling with Crowds

The Financial Business Lightweight Terminal is a tablet device developed by Agree Technology for the financial industry, serving as the computing core. The tablet operates on the AgreeOS system based on OpenHarmony 4.0 and cleverly integrates with a professional, intelligent peripheral hub. It offers a unified device, a unified technical architecture, and a unified mobile ‘shoulder-to-shoulder’ processing method, covering both mobile and traditional high/low counter services at branches. Additionally, the lightweight terminal fully leverages the new features of OpenHarmony. It utilises the bank’s existing financial peripheral assets, reducing migration costs for industry mobilisation and HarmonyOS adaptation, achieving complete autonomy and control.

This innovative achievement attracted the attention of many attendees, including leaders from Huawei’s terminal and related industries who visited the booth for discussions. A representative from Agree Technology stated that the Financial Business Lightweight Terminal will fully support HarmonyOS interconnectivity in the future, allowing for multi-screen interactions with HarmonyOS smart screens to create a more intuitive product marketing experience at branches. It will also collaborate with HarmonyOS financial peripheral robots for multi-end coordination, creating a more intelligent, efficient, and convenient mobile business processing experience.

On June 23, leaders from Agree Technology’s ecosystem department, internet business division, and research institute engaged in in-depth discussions with leaders from Huawei’s terminal cloud service ecosystem, payment BU, and the global ecosystem service provider management department. They shared innovative achievements and implementation cases from Agree Technology’s integrated online and offline HarmonyOS financial solutions. They also thoroughly discussed the application of meta-service distribution, free flow, and payment security in financial scenarios, laying a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of meta-service-related products and injecting new vitality into the further expansion and development of the HarmonyOS ecosystem in the financial industry.
