Overview
The handheld PAD system in the lobby is a portable and mobile work platform, which helps the lobby manager through all stages of contact with customers (customer identification, routing, pacification and marketing), take the initiative to complete the daily marketing and service work, and at the same time realise the monitoring and management of queuing in the bank outlet and counter service traffic situation.
