Agree Tech Recognized for FinTech Excellence, Driving AI-Led Digital Transformation in Banking
Recently, the research project “Heterogeneous AI Chipsets and LLM-Assisted Financial Application Development,” led by Agree Tech Co., Ltd. (“Agree Tech”), was honored with the “2024 Good Research Project” certificate by the Innovation Application Committee (the “Committee”) of the Beijing FinTech Industry Alliance (the “Alliance”). Simultaneously, Agree Tech was awarded the “2024 Excellent Member Unit” certificate by the Alliance. Furthermore, collaborative projects involving Agree Tech, such as “Research on High-Quality Development of Banking Ecosystems” and “Research on ITAI Transformation of IT R&D Lifecycle for Bank of China,” received “2024 Excellent Research Project” honors from the Alliance and the Committee.
In addition, Agree Tech received a formal letter of appreciation from the Committee, specifically commending the company’s staff. The Committee stated: “Agree Tech has proactively participated in research, technical exchanges, talent development, and achievement promotion, making outstanding contributions to the Committee’s work in 2024.”
The Beijing FinTech Industry Alliance, established by the China Financial Computerization Group under the guidance of the People’s Bank of China, aims to implement fintech policies and promote sustainable development. With over 390 member units and 11 specialized committees, the Alliance’s recognition of Agree Tech’s multiple projects this year underscores the company’s deep research capabilities and its widely recognized technical strength in driving financial industry innovation.

Deep Integration of LLMs and Heterogeneous AI Chipsets
The project “Heterogeneous AI Chipsets and LLM-Assisted Financial Application Development” is a strategic collaboration between Agree Tech and financial institutions including Bank of China and CITIC Bank. It focuses on the integration of Information Technology Application Innovation (ITAI) hardware with Large Language Models (LLMs). As the security of financial systems increasingly relies on localized hardware, the development level of these chipsets directly impacts the safety and efficiency of the financial infrastructure.
Agree Tech’s project team successfully:
- Adapted LLM inference services to Huawei Ascend chipsets and fine-tuned models for financial domain experts.
- Constructed a Multi-Agent collaboration framework, completing underlying modules for session management, memory mechanisms, prompt optimization, and inference gateways.
- Developed core AI modules, including Agent modules based on ReAct, ReWoo, and Plan-and-Execute, as well as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) modules for query rewriting and routing.
- Enhanced efficiency through visual orchestration flowcharts and a model gateway supporting multi-modal and multi-parameter models.
Real-World Application and Market Impact
The project validated the full AI-assisted lifecycle—from requirement design to development, testing, and deployment:
1.R&D Automation: Utilizing self-developed agents to automatically generate requirement documents, application code (front-end and back-end), and interface simulations. The results for branch/teller transaction generation have already been deployed to the market as standardized, high-efficiency tools. 2.Intelligent Customer Service: In collaboration with partners, the project implemented human-like speech generation for agents, marketing scripts based on user demand identification, and real-time risk alerts based on customer sentiment detection.
Championing the “Digital Finance” Mandate
As “Digital Finance” is a national strategic priority, Agree Tech has become a representative enterprise in banking digitalization and financial ITAI. As a member of the National IT-ITAI Working Committee and a partner of the Financial ITAI Ecological Lab, Agree Tech saw its middleware, unified monitoring, and self-service platform solutions included in the first batch of the national “Financial ITAI Solutions” directory in 2022.
Looking Forward: Agree Tech remains committed to supporting financial institutions in data-driven decision-making and strengthening the digital technical pillars that will refine the future of the digital finance service ecosystem.
